Troubleshooting Notes

  • Make sure the firmware version of the sound module is up to date (at least 2024.3).
  • Check the USB connection between the PC and the sound module if the module is not recognized.
  • If the sound cannot be installed, verify whether the license is already assigned to another module.
  • In case of problems logging into the Premium Sound Manager, check your login credentials and internet connection.
