Model building is becoming increasingly demanding, and so are the requirements for the electronics. They must be powerful, compact, expandable, configurable, updatable, and above all, easy to use.

We have perfectly implemented these requirements for truck functional model building with the KLM 4/16. This device is not only a standalone lighting system with numerous functions and adjustment options but also the control center of our powerful EasyBus systems.

Pre-assembled lighting boards can be connected via the EasyBus, which are equipped with wired LEDs for side indicators and marker lights depending on the model.

No PC is necessary for commissioning: simply plug in the boards, learn the channels, and get started – plug & play!

If you want to make adjustments (e.g., LED brightness, on/off speeds, blink frequency, brake light sensitivity), connect the system to the PC via USB. Our Kraftwerk ControlPanel automatically detects all connected modules and displays them.

Operation is intuitive with the mouse via selection lists, checkboxes, and percentage values. Changes are saved directly in the respective module. This allows models and trailers to be easily exchanged with colleagues. Settings can be saved and restored on the PC. A "Factory Settings" button resets modules if needed.

The live data view shows in real time what is happening in the model, conveying the flair of the automotive upper class.

Our EasyBus systems are more than lighting systems: the range also includes universal switch expansions, servo controls, speed controllers, as well as infrared transmitters and receivers.
