Updates

After connecting to the ControlPanel, available updates for bus modules are offered.

Tips for a safe update:

  • Always connect only one module and restart the ControlPanel.
  • Avoid power interruptions during the update.
  • Disconnect servos or motors during the update to avoid interference.
  • Regularly restart the model and ControlPanel, especially during unusually long operations.

Updates can reset factory settings. The ControlPanel automatically saves all settings on the hard drive so they can be restored later.

After updates, all modules are displayed. The KLM 4/16 consists of the main module with four servo outputs and the integrated switch extension with 16 switch outputs.
