Learning the Channels

Learning is crucial for the proper operation of the KraftwerK EasyBus systems. After any changes to the remote control system (deflections, directions of rotation, center positions), the channels must be relearned.

Use only the ControlPanel to adjust servos and motors, not the menu of your remote control system.

  1. Turn on the remote control.
  2. Prop up the model so that no drive wheels touch the ground.
  3. Move the throttle and steering channels to their end positions.
  4. Turn on the model – the red LED lights up, confirming the learning mode.
  5. Return the sticks to the center position.

LED signals during learning:

  • 1x short red: Throttle stick – full throttle forward, then full brake backward
  • 2x short red: Steering stick – full left, then full right
  • 3x short red: Auxiliary channel K1 – full left, then full right
  • 4x short red: Auxiliary channel K2 – full up, then full down
  • 5x short red: Auxiliary channel K3 – full up, then full down

After all sticks return to the center position, the LED lights up solid red – learning completed. The system restarts and signals readiness with a double green blink.
